Athletically Minded Sales Rep

LXRY HAUS is looking for a driven Sales Representative to help homeowners upgrade and transform their homes with premium exterior solutions.

In this role, you’ll be canvassing the area to set appointments for potential replacement opportunities, evaluate exterior improvement opportunities, and present custom solutions for roofing, siding, windows, and exterior upgrades . You’ll guide clients through the decision-making process.

New team members enter our 8-Month Ascension Program , a structured training system designed to develop elite sales skills, leadership capabilities, and long-term career growth .

Key Responsibilities

• Canvass door-to-door in assigned territories to identify new clients
• Canvass the area to set appointments for potential replacement opportunities.
• Understand their goals, budget, and design preferences
• Provide expert recommendations and guidance

Present Solutions & Close Projects

• Present customized renovation solutions
• Explain materials, timelines, and project scope
• Guide homeowners through the decision-making process and close contracts

Generate Opportunities

• Create new opportunities through outreach, referrals, and field prospecting
• Maintain a strong pipeline of homeowner consultations

The 8-Month Ascension Program

All new representatives complete our structured sales development program , which includes:

• Consultative sales frameworks
• Communication and influence skills
• Objection handling and closing strategies
• Time management and performance tracking
• Leadership and personal development

This program helps reps grow from new sales professionals to top producers.

Qualifications

Required

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Motivated, goal-oriented, and disciplined
• Coachable and open to learning a structured sales process

Preferred

• Sales experience (home improvement, construction, roofing, or exterior services)
• Outside sales or customer-facing experience

Sales experience is helpful, but all motivated candidates are encouraged to apply.
