We’re looking for an Assistant Play Gym Manager who loves working with kids, thrives in a high-energy environment, and is excited to help lead a team that creates unforgettable experiences for every child and family who walks through our doors.

What You'll Do Support the Team - Help train and coach play gym staff
- Lead shifts and ensure team members are prepared for the day
- Support staff during busy play sessions, programs, and events
- Help maintain a positive, energetic team environment
- Jump in wherever needed to help the team succeed
Create Incredible Guest Experiences - Greet kids and families with enthusiasm and positivity
- Engage with children during open play and activities
- Help ensure every visit to Little Land feels special
- Support staff in creating a fun and safe play environment
- Help resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care
Help Manage Programs, Classes & Parties Little Land is always buzzing with activity. You will help coordinate:
- Open play sessions
- Birthday parties and special events
- Classes and programs
- Daily activity schedules
Your goal is to ensure every program runs smoothly and every child has an amazing experience.
Support Daily Operations - Assisting with staff scheduling
- Opening and closing the facility
- Ensuring the play gym remains clean and safe
- Helping manage busy play sessions
- Supporting the Play Gym Manager with operational needs
