Assembler

We are seeking multiple reliable and hands‑on Mechanical Assemblers to support the production of high‑quality components in a clean, modern facility. The typical schedule will be 6:30AM - 3:00PM. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of mechanical assembly experience, ability to read blueprints, and comfortable lifting 50 pounds. Responsibilities

• Assemble parts and subassemblies using templates, measurements, and blueprints.
• Ensure proper fit and function by examining connections and fastening components securely.
• Verify completed assemblies by taking accurate measurements.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance and report equipment issues.
• Maintain a safe, organized work environment by following company procedures.
• Complete production and quality documentation as needed.

Essential Skills

• Experience using hand and power tools (including pneumatic tools and wrenches).
• Assembly or mechanical production experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements.
• Comfortable using tape measures and general production tools.

Work Environment

• Work inside a clean, new building alongside a collaborative warehouse and production team.
• 1st Shift: 6:30AM - 3:00PM with OT available
• Steel‑toe or safety shoes required; high‑visibility vests provided.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Romeoville, IL.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
